Office Hours, Location and Appointment Types

The office is open Monday – Friday from 9 am – 4pm. Our office is located at:

Columbia University Medical Center- Herbert Irving Pavilion
161 Fort Washington Ave., at 165th Street
Suite 853 on the 8th Floor
New York, NY 10032

Dr. Markowitz sees patients in the office on the following days

Tuesdays – 8 am – 1 pm
Wednesdays - 9:30 – 4:30 pm
Fridays - 8 am – 2:30 pm

Dr. Markowitz performs procedures in the Outpatient Endsocopy Suite on the following days

Mondays – 7:30 am – 3:30 pm
Tuesdays - 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm
Thursdays- 7:30 am – 3:30 pm

*Procedures are performed in the Herbert Irving Pavilion on the 13th floor- Outpatient Endoscopy Suite.
